Hi, I’m Buddy! (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Connecticut Humane Society

Do dogs come any more handsome than me? I don’t think so. Look at that pose. Hi, I’m Buddy, a 4-year-old, altered male Brittany spaniel mix. You can find me at the Connecticut Humane Society (455 Post Road East, (203) 227-4137). Right before the holidays, my family decided that they couldn’t take me along on their move. I bet they are getting coal in their stockings! Their loss, however, can be your gain. Like my name implies, I’m very friendly with both people and other dogs. I can be a bit shy at first but then I’m ready to be your best “buddy.” Please stop by soon to meet me.

Hi, I’m Jake! (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Connecticut Humane Society

You can find him at the Connecticut Humane Society (455 Post Road E., (203) 227-4137). He’s playful, smart and just the kind of dog that makes you smile. Jake gets along very well with other dogs. Please stop by soon to meet this fabulous fellow. Jake has a twin brother that will be available for adoption soon too. They are tt’s (terrific twins).

Hi, we’re Natalie and Brett! (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Connecticut Humane Society

This darling duo, Natalie and Brett, can be found at the Connecticut Humane Society (455 Post Road E., (203) 227-4137). They are brother and sister, 1 ½-year-old mixes, altered male and spayed female. They are very devoted to each other and need to be adopted together. That really makes it easier for you, however, because they are both extremely lovable; it would be difficult for you to decide which to adopt. They are extremely sweet and gentle and need to go to a home where they would be handled with great care. If you are looking for the ultimate lap dogs, please stop by soon to meet Natalie and Brett.

Hi, I’m Shadow! (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Connecticut Humane Society

Hi. I’m Shadow, a wonderful 8-year-old altered male, Keeshond. You can find me at the Connecticut Humane Society (455 Post Road E., (203) 227-4137). I am an extremely friendly dog and get along very well with other dogs. My former owner had to surrender me because of health reasons, and I sure do miss my home and being part of a family. Oh, and before you stop to visit me, you may want to do a little research on the keeshond breed. I think you’re going to like what you find out! Keeshonds are pretty special dogs, and I’m a proud ambassador of the breed.

Hi, I’m Angel! (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Connecticut Humane Society

You may not be able to save the world but you can save one extraordinary dog, Angel. Angel is a 2-year-old spayed female pit bull. She came to the Connecticut Humane Society (455 Post Road East, (203) 227-4137) after being rescued from a horrible situation very much like those you see on Animal Police while watching the Animal Planet network. Despite this abusive situation, she has not given up on the human race and is very friendly and loving. Angel would probably do best in a quiet adult home where she can get all the attention she missed out on at the beginning of her life. Please stop by soon to meet her.

Hi, I’m Chloe! (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Connecticut Humane Society

So, you’re looking for a lovely little companion dog; one that is sweet, well-mannered, too cute for words … well, here I am.  Hi, I’m Chloe, a 9-year-old, spayed female American Eskimo dog. You can find me at the Connecticut Humane Society (455 Post Road East, (203) 227-4137. As with all my fellow home seekers at the CT Humane Society, my circumstances are sad. I was a beloved and devoted pet but had to be surrendered because of a divorce situation. I’m a “darling girl” and will make an excellent new pet for some lucky person. Please stop by soon to meet me. You surely will fall in love.

Hi, I’m Natalee! (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Connecticut Humane Society

Shhhhhh! Natalee is sleeping right now so I’ll tell you a little bit about this precious girl. She’s a lovely 6-year-old spayed female domestic short hair. You can find her at the Connecticut Humane Society (455 Post Road East, (203) 227-4137). Natalee has been booted from her home because she wants to be the only baby in the house. Understandably, she’s a little sad and scared right now but is coming around and responding well to the TLC she has been receiving from the staff and volunteers. So, have you been missing the patter of little feet (or paws in this case) around your home? Please stop by soon to meet Natalee.

Hi, I’m Brimley! (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Connecticut Humane Society

So, here I am hanging out in my litter box. To pass the time I alternate between my litter box and my pillow. Hi, I’m Brimley, a 4-year-old neutered male domestic short hair. You can find me at the Connecticut Humane Society (455 Post Road East, (203) 227-4137). I’m a quiet and friendly fellow that would make an excellent companion for somebody on the quiet side. I don’t need a lot of excitement in my life but I do like attention. I’m very willing to share my new home with another feline. See, I’m very obliging too. Please stop by soon to meet me.
