Have You Seen Scarlett

Scarlett
Scarlett was last seen on Saturday morning, Oct. 24, on Stone Drive in Westport. She is an American longhair cat with tortoiseshell coloring. She is wearing two reflective collars and a pink heart-shaped ID tag with a bell. The tag has her name and the owner’s name and phone number on it. She is also microchipped and is eight years old. She has been an indoor/outdoor cat and usually sticks close by, returning home before evening, but she hasn’t seen since Saturday. If you see her or know where she is, please call Sarah at 917-568-3100 or email her: smagrino at hotmail dot com.

Do you know this cat?

Do you know this young cat that showed up in my yard in mid September.  The Vet believes she is approximately 9 months old, She has long black fur along with some white on her belly, she was shy at first but now is friendly and loves being patted. She is very sweet and we are sure someone must be heartbroken. She was found in our yard on Guyer Road in mid-September hungry and cautious. Please call Murray at 203-226-7658 if you think you know this beautiful young cat.

Owner Found

Found Cat
This cat’s owner has been located.  We thank the lovely woman that took the time to post flyers around town about the cat – and it wasn’t even her cat. That’s how the owner was located. No social media to thank this time – just a kind person trying to help out a lost cat. Her son spotted the cat up the tree while he was doing landscaping work. The cat was rescued from the tree by Westport Chief Animal Control Officer D’Amico. We also thank the staff of Schulhof Animal Hospital for taking such good care of her until her owner was found.Do You Know Me?

Injured Cat
This cat was hit by a car yesterday, 11/11/2014, at around 4pm near 4 Cross Highway.  A witness believes the cat was injured but was able to scamper off into the woods and /or under a house.  The cat visits a nearby property often (hence the photo), but I am not sure whose cat this is or whether the owner knows it was injured today.  If anyone has seen this cat or knows what has become of him (her), please email the editor at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  Thank-you.
