Westport’s Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts has announced highlights of its 44th summer season.
It will open Sunday, June 25 with a celebration of the music and spirit of the Woodstock Music Festival, “Back to the Garden 1969.”
On Thursday, Aug. 24, the annual summer gala will feature musician and singer-songwriter, John Fogerty.
As previously announced, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Dave Mason returns to the Levitt for the fourth time on Friday, July 14 as part of his new “Alone Together Again” limited engagement U.S. tour.
Opening night is free, but tickets must be obtained in advance. The Levitt said opening night tickets were exhausted in three hours after becoming available Saturday, but it said a waitlist has been established. Details HERE.
The Mason and Fogerty appearances are paid events that help fund the Levitt’s more than 50 nights of free entertainment.
The Levitt said events booked for the summer season will appear on its calendar HERE as they are confirmed.
