WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 9 Owenoke Park

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 9 Owenoke Park, in the Compo Beach section, is in process. Built in 1918, the two-story colonial has 2,338-square feet, is situated on a .21-acre waterfront property, and changed ownership in June 2015 for $2,750,000.
