An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 9 Harding Lane, off Hillspoint Road, is in process. Built in 1960, the two-story colonial has 2,692 square feet and is situated on a 1.05-acre property. The property changed hands this month at $1,237,000.  Because the house was built more than 50 years ago, the application will be reviewed by the Westport Historic District Commission.
