An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 9 Fresenius Road, off Long Lots Road, is in process. Built in 1952, the one-story ranch has 1,832-square feet, is situated on a 1.16-acre property and, according to assessor records, last changed ownership in July 2003 for $710,000.
