WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 91 Clapboard Hill Road (2)

An application for a permit to demolish a second structure at Westport’s 91 Clapboard Hill Road in the Green’s Farms area is in process. Built in 1900, the one-story studio has 950-square feet and is situated on a 1.89-acre property. Because the secondary structure was built more than 50 years ago, the application will be reviewed by the Westport Historic District Commission. The primary structure, previously demolished, was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on Nov. 21, 2013. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
