An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 89 Compo Road North is in process. Built in 1948, the 1 1/2-story cape has 1,360 square feet and is situated on a .36-acre property. Because the house was built more than 50 years ago, the application will be reviewed by the Westport Historic District Commission. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com

This might be the nicest and most well kept teardown yet.
Out of curiosity, how much bigger house could be put on .36 acre?
approx. 5,0000 sq, ft, in two and one half stories with a two car garage
