WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 7 Rocky Acres Lane

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 7 Rocky Acres Lane, off Roseville Road, is in process. Built in 1961, the 1-1/4-story split level has 2,002 square feet and is situated on a 1.01-acre property.  According to town records, the house last sold in May 1990 for $450,000.
