An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 7 Pioneer Road, off Sylvan Road North, is in process. Built in 1959, the one-story ranch has 3,143-square feet, is situated on a 1.3-acre property and, according to assessor records, last changed ownership in February, 1992 for $492,500.
