An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 7 Elwil Drive, off Roseville Road, is in process. Built in 1959, the one-story contemporary has 3,125 square feet, is situated on a 1.55-acre property at the end of a cul-de-sac and changed ownership in June for $1,150,000.
