WestportNow Teardown of the Day:  7 Compo Beach Road

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 7 Compo Beach Road is in process. According to Town Assessor records, the 1-1/2 story cape was built in 1820, has 1,863-square feet, and sits on a .6-acre property, which changed ownership in November for $1,700,511.
