WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 6 New Creek Road

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 6 New Creek Road, near the Greens Farms station, is in process. Built in 1966, the one-story ranch has 1,680 square feet and is situated on a 2.56-acre property. Connecticut Light & Power Company brought the property in June 2008 for $!.460,000 to build a new substation.
