WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 61 Old Road

An application for a permit to demolish the house and detached garage at Westport’s 61 Old Road, off Maple Avenue North, is in process. Built in 1945, the one-story ranch has 714-square feet and the garage has 528-square feet. Both are on a .61-acre property which changed ownership last month for $550,000.
