WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 5 Ivy Terrace

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 5 Ivy Terrace, off Crescent Road, is in process. Built in 1960, the one-story ranch has 1,390-square feet, is situated on a half-acre property and changed ownership in July for $430,000.
