WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 4 Sachem Trail

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 4 Sachem Trail, off Indian Hill Road in the Saugatuck section, is in process. Built in 1951, the one-story ranch has 1,436 square feet, is situated on a .47-acre property and, according to assessor records, the last change of ownership was in December 2005 for $750,000.
