WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 4 Cob Drive

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 4 Cob Drive, off Punch Bowl Drive near Cross Highway, is in process. Built in 1960, the two-story colonial has 3,624 square feet, is situated on a 1.69-acre property and changed ownership this month for $1.3 million.  Because the house was built more than 50 years ago, the application will be reviewed by the Westport Historic District Commission.
