An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 4 Clifford Lane, off Old Hill Road, is in process. Built in 1956, the 1 3/4-story cape has 4,209 square feet, is situated on a 1.74-acre property and changed ownership in June, 2011 for $1,830,000.
