An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 4 Bayberry Lane, near Long Lots Road, is in process. Built in 1961, the two-story colonial has 1,950-square feet, is situated on a one-acre property and, according to assessor records, last changed ownership in October 2017 for $850,000.
