WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 46 Sylvan Road North

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 46 Sylvan Road, North in the Old Hill section, is in process. Built in 1963, the one-story raised ranch, has 1,566-square feet, is situated on a one-acre property and last changed ownership, according to Town Assessor records, in May 2011 for $500,000.
