About time. This house has been in this shape for 15 years and was the epicenter for the recent Blight Ordinance that is still making its way through the RTM process.
The owner had been trying to sub divide his 3 acres into 3 1 acre lots, and recently into 2 1.5 acre lots since the former concept was denied. The zoning there is 2 acres. The timing here is to curry favor with the neighbors to back this plan which is clearly contrary to the rules.
