An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 36 Narrow Rocks Road, off Compo Road South, is in process. Built in 1795, the two-story antique has 3,176 square feet, is situated on a 1.15-acre property and changed ownership in May, 2012 for $1,250,000.
