An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 34 Owenoke Park in the Compo Beach area is in process. Built in 1960, the two-story split has 2,572 square feet, is situated on a .52-acre property and, according to Town Assessor records last changed ownership in August 2002 for $1,499,000.
