An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 2 Pony Lane, offEaston Road in the Coleytown section, is in process. Built in 1950, the 1-3/4-story contemporary has 2,386 square feet, is situated on a 1.05-acre property and, according to the assessor records, ownership last changed hands in August, 1990.
