WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 29 Surf Road

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 29 Surf Road, in the Saugatuck Shores area, is in process. Built in 1966, the two-story raised ranch has 3,572 square feet, is situated on a .35-acre property and, according to Town Assessor records, last changed ownership in March 2014 for $2.4 million.
