WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 28 Hillspoint Road

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 28 Hillspoint Road is in process. Built in 1929, the two-story conventional has 3,404-square feet, is situated on a 7.4-acre property that includes the adjacent Conservative Synogogue, 30 Hillspoint Road, and last changed ownership in January 1995 for $900,000, according to Town Assessor records.
