WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 280 Compo Road South

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 280 Compo Road South in the Compo Beach area is in process. Built in 1964, the one-story raised ranch has 1,624-square feet, is situated on a .52-acre property and, according to assessor records, changed ownership last in July 2004 for $1,075,000.
