WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 27 Soundview Drive

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 27 Soundview Drive, in the Compo Beach section, is in process. Built in 1880, the three-story conventional has 4,005-square feet, is situated on a .1-acre beachfront property and last changed ownership in August for $2.4 million.
