WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 25 Vani Court

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 25 Vani Court, off Compo Road South, is in process. Built in 1943, the 1-1/4-story cape has 1,340-square feet, is situated on a .24-acre property and, according to assessor records, last changed ownership in December 1995 for $241,500.
