An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 23 Edgewater Hillside, off Hillspoint Road, is in process. Built in 1927, the two-story colonial has 5,308-square feet, is situated on a .88-acre waterfront property and changed ownership in May for $2,550,000.
