Anyone wanna save this one? I’m surprised it’s lasted as long as it has….
Ouch, that hurts! As a former owner of this home, I will be sad to no longer see it when I drive up Roseville.
20 Roseville has lasted this long because market forces have finally made this lot “developable” from an economic standpoint.
This is one of the last one-bedroom, free-standing homes in town. It was featured in The New York Times Magazine a few years ago as the least expensive house available in Westport.
$400,000 for this?? I think I’ll set up an empty refrigerator box on Compo Beach and see what I can get!
Umm, this is true for many of us with older or smaller homes – the house has zero value, but the land can appreciate.
The good news is that I won’t have to neaten up when I sell mine!
