WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 20 Bluewater Hill

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 20 Bluewater Hill, off Compo Road South, is in process. Built in 1950, the 1-3/4-story cape has 3,474 square feet, is situated on a .8-acre property and, according to Town Assessor records, last changed ownership in May 2006 for $4.5 million.
