Built in 1939, the two-story colonial has 2,239 square feet and is situated on a 1.63-acre property. Amazing that with all of the surplus (400+) housing stock on the market in Westport, there is still a need to tear down homes.
On the other hand: It is good to see there is still money in this economy & will help produce construction jobs.
