An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 1 Oak Ridge Park off Imperial Avenue is in process. Built in 1950, the 1-1/4 story cape has 1,245-square feet, is situated on a .34-acre property and, according to town assessor records, last changed ownership in July 2006 for $662,500.
