An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 18 Reichert Circle, off Cross Highway, is in process. Built in 1960, the one-story ranch has 1,936 square feet, is situated on a .36-acre property and, according to Town Assessor records, last changed ownership in March 2012 for $585,000.
