WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 1830 Post Road East

An application for a permit to demolish the commercial structure, Mercury Price Cutter, at Westport’s 1830 Post Road East, near Stop & Shop, is in process. Built in 1950, the 1,647-square foot building is situated on a .58-acre property. Because the building was built more than 50 years ago, the application will be reviewed by the Westport Historic District Commission.
