WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 17 Bluewater Hill

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 17 Bluewater Hill, off Compo Road South, is in process. Built in 1950, the two-story colonial has 2.454 square feet, is situated on a 1.16-acre property and changed ownership last month for $4,375,000.
