An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 14 Sunrise Road, in the Saugatuck section, is in process. Built in 1950, the 1-1/4-story cape has 1,156 square feet, is situated on a .27-acre property and last changed ownership in February 2010 for $$405,000.
