An application for a permit to demolish the house at 154 Easton Road is in the works. Built in 1925, the 1,327-square-foot, one-story ranch is located on a one-acre lot. Because the house is more than 50 years old, the application is on the Historic District Commission meeting agenda for the next session. The property changed hands in July 2006 for $750,000.
