An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 14 Windy Hill Road, off Roseville Road, is in process. Built in 1964, the one-story raised ranch has 1,432-square feet, is situated on a 1.16-acre property and, according to Town Assessor records, last changed ownership in June, 1997 for $400,000.
