An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 14 Sandpiper Road, in the Saugatuck Shores section, is in process. Built in 1957, the two-story contemporary colonial has 2,186-square feet, is situated on a .12-acre waterfront property and changed ownership in October 2015 for $1,025,000.
