WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 13 Woodcock Lane

An application for a demolition permit is in process for the home at 13 Woodcock Lane off Newtown Turnpike. Built in 1958, the 2,084-square-feet, two-story colonial is situated on a one-acre property. Because it was built more than 50 years ago, the application is under review by the Historic District Commission at its Feb. 10 meeting. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
