WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 12 Burr Road

UPDATE An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 12 Burr Road, between Riverside Avenue and Post Road West, is in process.  A “stop work” notice was issued by the Building Department in March 2005 when demolition of the .29-acre property was proceeding without the required permit.  The property changed hands this month for $345,000.
