WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 12 Brooklawn Drive

An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 12 Brooklawn Drive off Easton Road is in process. Built in 1954, the one-story split has 1,825 square feet, is situated on a one-acre property and, according to the Town Assessor records, it last changed ownership in 2005 for $950,000.
