An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 11 Hunt Club Lane, off Maple Avenue North, is in process. Built in 1962, the two-story colonial has 2,300-square feet, is situated on a 1-acre property and last changed ownership, according to Town Assessor records in July 1996 for $475,000.
