An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 10 Round Pond Road, off Compo Road South, is in process. Built in 1960, the one-story ranch has 1,836 square feet, is situated on a 1.03-acre property and, according to Town Assessor records, last changed ownership in November 2010 for $500,000.
