WestportNow Teardown of the Day: 1032 Post Road East

An application for a permit to demolish the building at Westport’s 1032 Post Road East is in process. Built in 1954, the one-story store has 6,679 square feet, is situated on a .43-acre property and changed ownership last week for $2.4 million when it was purchased by Milton Development, a Westport-based builder of residential homes (See WestportNow Oct. 5, 2013).
