UPDATE (adds sale last month)  An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 4 Surf Road, off Bermuda Road in the Saugatuck Shores section, is in process. Built in 1966, the one-story raised ranch has 1,469-square feet, is situated on a .52-acre property and last changed ownership for $1,675,000 last month..
