Is this the total sales price for this home, built in 2007? I believe the new owner is a builder.

I passed the house today – looks like it may have been a bank owned unfinished “wonder”. There was work being done as I passed. That might explain it – but still…
The house originally came on the market in March 2008 for $1.2M? Unfortunate timing and having the thruway (almost) in the back yard presents a difficult location.
sold for $485k in aug 2004, as a knockdown
new construction must have hit snags- bank owned property listed at $799k; they must have simply taken the offer.
property is incomplete, and needs inside stuff, including kitchen. still, not a bad deal for the lucky buyer
(95 is behind houses across the street, so technically not in the back yard, although will be loud until they acclimate to the noise)
I did a bit of research – it was bank owned and seems to have a lien or two. I believe it is on the 95 side – but still is a bargain for the new owner. I wonder if it will be put on the market yet again, since the new owner appears to be a builder.
