Westport resident Joseph Tacopina (shown addressing the 2011 Staples class of which his daughter was a member) is the new lawyer representing Alex Rodriguez. He caused waves today by telling The New York Times that the Yankees tried to hasten the end of Rodriguez’s career by playing him when he was injured and that baseball’s commissioner is determined to brand Rodriguez as the “poster boy” for doping.
